We provide corporate accommodation in Borlänge, Falun, Gävle and Sandviken. Our end-customers usually work in infrastructure, construction, building data centers or other large projects. Contact us for availability.
We want it to be easy to rent from us, so we make sure that all accommodation has a standard that allows you to move in and feel comfortable from the start. Depending on how many of you there are, we can adapt the houses with the right number of beds, currently we offer 5-15 beds per accomodation.
Whats included?
Fully Furnished
All our houses are fully furnished with living areas and bedrooms, as well as fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher and access to a washing machine.
Ready-Made Beds
All beds in our accommodations are made and ready upon arrival. Two sets of bed linen and towels are included.
Parking
Parking is available directly adjacent to all our properties.
Electricity/Water, Internet, and Waste Collection
Electricity* and water are included in the rent, as well as internet. *Normal usage

The new initiative for the Borlänge ECO Data Center aims to create a sustainable and innovative platform for digital services and to promote green technology in the region.
Gävle
Gävle, covers the bay of Gävle, is known for its beautiful wooden town and historic buildings. The city has become a hub for data centers, where Microsoft's large investments in data centers play a central role in differentiating the local economy and creating lots of new work opportunities.
